How do you decide whether you will take my case?

We are fortunate in that we review many cases every year, even though we are not a large law firm. Unfortunately, however, we are not able to help all of the people that ask for and need our help.

We look at each case individually as it comes in. The personal injury attorneys at our firm have input in deciding the cases we take.

If we believe that we are unable to help you, we know other lawyers that can help, and we will refer you to them.
