How Do I Pay for The Expenses of The Case?

In some cases, we advance the expenses of the case and will be paid back by you when there is a recovery. Are there other costs in addition to legal fees? Yes.

In addition to the contingency legal fees, there are expenses incurred in most cases–for such things as court filings, medical records process severs, photocopies, mailings, expert witness fees, and the like. We can advance most expenses for your case, which will be paid back by you once representation is completed.
